Which plan includes integrations?
CRM, helpdesk and knowledge-base integrations are part of the Advanced plan (€49 per agent per month, excl. VAT). Custom integrations, ERP connections and webhooks are part of Enterprise.
Which CRMs do you connect to?
Pipedrive is our confirmed CRM connection. We have not confirmed HubSpot or Salesforce; contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do we need a developer?
No. Our team sets up the connection during onboarding. Your developers can also use the REST API if they want to.
What if we do not want an integration?
That works too. Leads, requests and reports can always go to an email address of your choice.
